To improve the thermal efficiency of this Victorian property, we completely replaced the gas with electric heating and hot water systems and fully insulated walls and loft. We converted the house from four bedrooms to five increasing and improving the living space of the property to enable our client to house a larger family.

Deconversion works increased living space, adding modern kitchen and shower room, so that our client can house larger families whilst futureproofing their stock.
