Our extensive and comprehensive project refurbished 140 apartments in 46 terraced blocks. Exterior works included repairing and replacing flat and pitched roofs, replacing all fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes, and painting and decorating. Internal works added loft insulation and new kitchens and bathrooms. Retrofit Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) including new ventilation systems, seals and extractor fans.

Our refurbishment works reduced the energy bills and enhanced the comfort, functionality and aesthetic appeal of homes of vulnerable and general-needs residents whilst helping our clients meet their Net Zero targets through energy efficiency measures and future proofing their stock. We worked closely with the residents to keep them fully informed through regular newsletters, face-to-face visits and drop in sessions.
