Fire Protection and Upgrade Works
We are a FIRAS approved contractor with the ability to self-deliver projects through our own team of skilled and experienced technicians. We are experienced in managing fire protection installation and upgrade
works including cavity barrier, penetration sealing systems and fire rated timber doorsets.
We offer compartmentation surveys for all building types as well as a maintenance service which includes checking all compartmentation systems to ensure they are still intact and not damaged.

Internal and External Painting
From painting fences to redecoration of classrooms or student accommodation, our management team are experienced in planning and resourcing trades to complete works quickly.
We work quickly and around the needs of building users which may mean carrying out work at the weekend or between terms.

We partnered with Southampton Solent University during the Summer recess to provide Hamwic Student Residence with a refresh.
The Ridge Academy Redecoration Project
We collaborated with The Ridge School in Cheltenham during the Summer holidays to provide an entire renovation of the schools classrooms, hallways and facilities.
Student Cribs – Refurbishment
CLC was appointed as the primary contractor to complete refurbishment and upgrades to 14 flats over three apartment blocks in Durham.
Tamworth Enterprise College – Academies Enterprise Trust
CLC was tasked with a large-scale project of redecoration at the Tamworth Enterprise College.
University of Nottingham – Refurbishment
We worked on two projects concurrently for the University of Nottingham: refreshing the Cripps Hall area (including Lower Cripps) and Cavendish (Chatsworth & Hardwick Halls).
