Our Responsive Repairs services for Southern Housing include carpentry, joinery, electrics, plumbing, gas, roofing, call centre management and an out of hours service. Our call handlers respond to residents’ calls about repairs, assess the defect and assign trade-specific repairs, while our FLS Software dynamically optimises engineer routes and schedules. We aim for a first-time fix and achieve high resident satisfaction data.

Since 2008, Axis has delivered a very high standard of service to 7,000 Optivo (now Southern Housing) properties in Kent. We have achieved nearly 100% customer satisfaction and virtually zero complaints. And in 2020, we were proud to have this contract extended to cover Sussex too, whilst our 2024 award extended our area with Southern Housing into London.
