Our M&E team installed a new boiler system based on Bosch Condens 7000 WP at 100kW each boiler. Two hot water cylinders with a capacity of 850 litres and 30-minute re-heat time for domestic services ensure uninterrupted hot water. Temperature Mixing Values (TMVs) deliver water to flats at approximately 50-55°C, pre-set to the client’s specification.

Our new communal boiler installation delivered improved and consistent heating and hot water supplies for residents and helped our client with Net Zero targets by providing hydrogen-ready boilers. Reduced heating bills and futureproofing/resilience to boiler failure are added benefits of our installation programme. Whilst works were ongoing, we minimised disruption to residents’ water and heating supplies and offered them heating alternatives.
