Redecoration of the main entrance, lounge and communal areas, as well as in the 65 flats transform this once tired space into now a bright and inviting home for its elderly residents. Minor building alterations were required to convert an existing area into a mobility scooter store and to create brand new on-site hairdressers. We also provided passive fire protection works throughout.
