Installation of the works was completed to PAS 2030, PAS 2035, and MCS standards. The properties identified for these works started with an average SAP score of 64 (EPC D), and needed to be brought to a higher standard to meet the newest Welsh housing quality standards. The average finishing SAP score was 77 (EPC C) with 8 properties reaching EPC B or above.

The loft insulation will achieve this and reduce energy bills. The solar PV and EESS will provide free electricity for residents on sunny days, with the added ability to store energy for later. Due to the improved ventilation, there will be a significantly lower chance of mould developing.
