Axis’ full responsive repairs programme covers emergencies like total loss of electricity, burst water pipes, loss of water supply/hot water and heating as well as boiler, window and roof repairs and drainage issues. We also offer a Voids service, and our dedicated Resident Repairs Call Centre is based in our offices where we co-locate with our client.

Our client emphasised value for money, and excellent customer/ tenant service as priorities when we secured the 10-year full asset management contract. In our first year, our Responsive Repairs team completed 7164 Repairs including emergency repairs, 97.91% of which were completed on time and 86% of which were First Time Fixes. We achieved 95.8% resident satisfaction for our client.
