At YMCA North Tyneside, our refurbishment works saw us repairing and painting and decorating in gym areas, reception area, and public spaces as well as the main stairwell, first floor sports hall, commercial kitchen, second floor IT suites and meeting rooms. Our M&E works included air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, AV, and access and fire detection systems.

During the works, we relocated studios into office spaces and worked at weekends and evenings to minimise disruption. And we also came up with creative ways to make significant savings for our client.
