CLC Joins Housing Leaders at the CHIC Conference & Exhibition 2026
CLC exhibited at the CHIC Conference & Exhibition 2026, joining housing providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers from across the sector for a day of discussion, knowledge sharing and collaboration at the Telford International Centre.
Hosted by CHIC, this year's conference centred around the theme "Joining the Dots", exploring how the housing sector can better connect compliance, sustainability, asset management and operational delivery to create safer, healthier and more efficient homes. The event brought together industry leaders through a programme of keynote sessions, panel discussions and workshops covering some of the most pressing challenges facing social housing today, including building safety, damp and mould, strategic asset management and the journey to net zero.
Representing CLC throughout the exhibition were Hayley Ratcliffe and Leanne Ball, who engaged with housing professionals and sector partners to discuss the delivery of specialist programmes across fire safety, damp and mould remediation, retrofit and wider asset investment works.
A key highlight of the day was the panel discussion, "What Helps Efficient Contractor Service Delivery?", which featured Richard Hughes, Business Development Director. The session generated strong engagement from delegates and explored the practical challenges and opportunities involved in delivering high-quality services while maintaining compliance, resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
