The works spanned Grove Park, The Lascelles Centre, Cedar Ward, and The Arch, encompassing electrical and mechanical upgrades, passive fire safety improvements, full internal and external refurbishments, DDA-compliant facilities, and general conversion works. CLC provided the Trust with a streamlined, coordinated approach, minimising disruption to live environments and ensuring fully compliant, modernised facilities across each site.

Originally programmed for 6 weeks, the scope was expanded, extending the project to 10 weeks. By accelerating the programme, introducing weekend works, and negotiating supplier lead-in times, we delivered within 8 weeks. Alternative suppliers were sourced for non-clinical areas, achieving both time and cost savings.
Grove Park
At Grove Park, we carried out a full M&E refurbishment to transform a former office into a modern clinical facility with seven clinic rooms, storerooms and a new reception/ waiting area.
