CLC, part of Axis CLC group, is pleased to announce it has secured a new Passive Fire Safety contract with Nexus Tyne and Wear Passenger Transport Executive, following a successful mini-competition through the NHS SBS Building Safety and Fire Compliance Framework.

Valued at approximately £300,000, the one-year contract reinforces CLC's expertise in delivering specialist passive fire protection, fire stopping and compartmentation works across complex operational environments.

Scope of Works

Under this contract, CLC will deliver a comprehensive programme of Passive Fire Safety works works, including:

  • Fire stopping remediation
  • Fire compartmentation works
  • Fire-resistant wall and floor systems
  • Fire door installation and remediation
  • Roof and wall penetration sealing
  • Compartmentation upgrades
  • Remedial works following fire risk assessments
  • Legislative compliance support
