CLC, part of Axis CLC group, is pleased to announce it has been appointed to deliver Passive Fire Safety Works for Curo for an initial three year term. The total contract is valued at over £15.5 million, with CLC appointed as one of the delivery partners for the programme. The works will see CLC delivering a structured programme of fire safety improvements across Curo’s residential properties.
Scope of Works
Under this contract, CLC will deliver a comprehensive programme of passive fire safety works, including:
- Installation of new fire doors
- Remedial work to existing fire doors
- Fire stopping and compartmentation upgrades
- Targeted improvements to high-priority residential buildings
These works will ensure Curo’s properties meet fire safety standards and provide safer living environments for residents.
