CLC wins place on Clarion’s new Passive Fire Safety Works Framework

CLC has secured Lot 2 on the Clarion Passive Fire Safety Works framework, a major fire safety and compliance framework which runs from April 2026 to March 2029, with the option to extend to 2033, creating a potential seven-year partnership opportunity.
The framework has been established by Clarion Housing Group, to enhance building safety, fire protection and compliance across residential properties.
CLC successfully secured Lot 2 — North and East of England — covering fire safety works across the North East, North West and East of England regions.
