CLC, part of Axis CLC group, is pleased to announce it has been appointed to the Compartmentation Surveys & Works and General Fire Safety Rectification Work Framework for Karbon Homes, running from 2026 to 2030. Karbon Homes is one of the largest housing associations in the North of England, providing thousands of homes across Yorkshire, the North East and Lincolnshire and delivering services that improve communities and support residents.

CLC has secured places on 4 lots on the framework, with a combined estimated value of £8.5 million.

CLC’s Lots on the Framework

• Lot 1 – Compartmentation Surveys (Operational Areas 1 to 8)
  Delivery of compartmentation surveys with detailed reports and supporting documentation.
• Lot 3 – General Fire Safety Rectification Works (Operational Areas 1 to 8)
  Rectification works identified through surveys and fire risk assessments.
• Lot 4 – Compartmentation Surveys (54 North, Areas 9 and 10)
  Delivery of compartmentation surveys for properties in the 54 North region.
• Lot 6 – General Fire Safety Rectification Works (54 North, Areas 9 and 10)
  Delivery of fire safety rectification works across the 54 North region.

This framework appointment reinforces CLC’s capability to deliver specialist fire safety services across Karbon Homes’ housing portfolio, supporting compliance with fire safety standards and protecting residents’ safety.
