CLC, part of the Axis CLC group, is pleased to announce its appointment to Housing 21’s Kitchen and Shower Room Installations framework. This significant programme supports Housing 21’s ambitious growth plans across its Retirement Living and Extra Care schemes nationwide.
Spanning 45 geographical regions, the framework will see CLC deliver a consistent, high-quality service while also promoting strong SME engagement in regional delivery.
Scope of Works
Under this framework, CLC will deliver a comprehensive range of works, including:
- Supply and installation of kitchens
- Bathroom and shower room construction and installations
- Associated fixtures, fittings, and accessories
- Plumbing works for kitchens and bathrooms
- Delivery across 45 regions, supporting local SME participation
These works will modernise living spaces and ensure they meet the evolving needs of residents.
