CLC Secures Place on £900m Nottingham Retrofit DPS for Energy Efficiency Works

CLC has been appointed to Nottingham City Council’s £900m Energy Efficient Retrofit Installers DPS, supporting the delivery of domestic energy efficiency and low-carbon upgrade works.

The DPS provides a procurement route for the design, supply, and installation of energy-efficient measures to domestic premises across the East Midlands and West Midlands.

Retrofit Delivery Scope

CLC has been appointed across the following delivery categories within the DPS:

  • Category 3: Multiple Insulation Measures (combinations of CWI, SWI (Int or Ext), FI, RIR, LI, Ventilation, Glazing, Doors)
  • Category 4: MCS measures and Integrated Systems (Solar PV, battery storage, heat pump (AHSP / GSHP etc), Solar Thermal, Ventilation)
  • Category 5: Shared systems (communal heating, shared solar and ground heat loops)
  • Category 7: Whole House Retrofit Solutions (combinations of any measures)
