CLC has been awarded a place on the new PfH (Procurement for Housing) Funded Retrofit Works & Delivery Framework.

The framework will run from March 2025 until February 2029 and has an estimated total value of £500m.

Aimed at members who have secured or seeking full or partial funding, the framework supports clients working towards their Net Zero goals.

CLC [part of the Axis CLC group] has demonstrated expertise and had major success in multiple large scale retrofit projects and has the experience to aid clients with their funding in addition to delivering the works. We have worked on Government funded contracts such as SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) and ORP (Optimised RetroFit Programme).

The framework is structured as one single lot, offering a variety of retrofit solutions such as:

• Loft insulation

• External wall insulation

• Internal wall insulation

• Roof in roof insulation

• Cavity wall insulation

• Underfloor insulation

• Ventilation

• Solar PV

• Air source heat pumps

• Boiler replacement

• High heat retention storage heaters

• PAS roles

• Surveys, inspections & testing
