The 4-year framework has a value of £250m and is divided into eight Lots.
CLC was awarded Lot 8 Complete Services as a Principal Contractor capable of providing the full scope of Investment Works as detailed in individual Lots 1-7.
We will be available to work within the north east, Cumbria and North Yorkshire for Prosper’s members.
The framework’s members comprise Public Sector contracting bodies including social housing landlords, local authorities, educational establishments,
NHS bodies, police, fire and rescue services, and registered charities.
CLC geographical coverage
With branches in Newcastle, Catterick and Leeds, CLC is already well-established as a multi-sector, planned maintenance and renovation provider in the geographical areas covered by Prosper’s Investment Works framework: the north east, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.
