CLC, part of Axis CLC group, is pleased to announce it has been appointed by Broadacres Housing Association to deliver their 3-year £0.4m Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Programme, which will see CLC transform kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms across Broadacres’ housing portfolio including occupied and void properties.
This appointment further strengthens CLC’s reputation as a national property services provider of scale, providing housing providers with reliable delivery, specialist expertise and a customer-focused approach to improving and modernising existing homes.
Scope of Works
Under this contract, CLC will deliver a comprehensive programme of refurbishment works, including:
- Kitchen replacements
- Bathroom replacements
- Wet room installations
- New kitchen units, worktops, sinks and taps
- Plumbing, electrical and lighting upgrades
Delivering Resident Care
CLC understands that kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works can have a significant impact on residents’ daily lives. Our experienced teams will work closely with residents throughout the programme to provide clear communication, minimise disruption and ensure a positive customer experience as we modernise their homes.
Resident liaison will include resident choice and design consultations, support with decanting arrangements where required and aftercare guidance on new facilities and equipment.
By combining technical expertise with a strong customer focus, CLC will ensure residents remain informed, supported and at the heart of the refurbishment process.
