CLC Joins North Yorkshire Council’s Building Retrofit & Refurbishment/Improvement Works Framework

CLC [part of the Axis CLC group] is proud to announce that we have been selected as one of the approved contractors on North Yorkshire Council’s new Building Retrofit & Refurbishment/Improvement Works Framework, managed in partnership with Align Property Partners.

This exciting £300 million framework will deliver a wide range of energy efficiency upgrades and refurbishment projects throughout the region. The works included in this framework include:

• Floor, cavity, external, internal, roof and loft insulation
• Flat roof works
• Window and doors
• Ventilation
• M&E
• Low temperature hot water space heating - heat pumps
• Solar PV instllations
• Battery storage
• LED light replacements
• Associated redecorations works

The framework is designed to support North Yorkshire’s commitment to sustainability and decarbonisation over the coming years. As a Trustmark-registered company meeting the latest PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 standards, CLC is well placed to deliver these important improvements.

Securing a place on this framework opens up further significant opportunities to contribute to long-term, government-backed projects that will help improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in critical infrastructure in North Yorkshire.
