CLC is dedicated to removing barriers to employment in the construction industry for underrepresented and disadvantaged groups as well as providing our employees an opportunity to fulfil their potential and support for career development. We want everyone at CLC to thrive in their careers and provide the support and means to do so.

CLC is a member of the WISH (Women in Social Housing) network. WISH is a community interest company which connects women from different industries, and allows them to network, share experiences, and get support.

WISH hosts a variety of different online and in-person events throughout the UK and is bringing women together who might not have ever met. WISH has eleven regions covering England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, all of which hold meetings, networking events, webinars, training courses, and seasonal events across the year.
