CLC has been awarded a place on a new LHC Procurement Group Framework

CLC has been awarded a place on the LHC Procurement Group Refurbishment & Modernisation (RM3) Framework with the following workstreams and value bands:

Workstream 1: Kitchens & Bathrooms – Value bands 2 & 3

Workstream 2: Electrical Works – Value bands 1 & 2

Workstream 3: Painting & Decorating – Value bands 1 & 2

Workstream 4: Environmental & External Works

Workstream 5: Multi-disciplinary Works – Value bans 2 & 3

Our place on this framework covers North & Central England, South West England, London and South East England and Wales.

We work in partnership with over 650 Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Care Providers to improve the homes, lives, and neighbourhoods of their residents throughout the UK.
