CLC has been awarded a place on a new EN:Procure Framework

CLC has been awarded a place on the EN:Procure Installation, Servicing, Maintenance, & Repair Works (GEN4) Framework. EN:Procure (Efficiency North) is a not-for-profit procurement consortium that provides construction procurement for social housing in the North of England covering Yorkshire & Humberside, the East Midlands and North West.

We have been successful in a variety of lots within this framework that include kitchen & bathroom replacement, adaptation works, window & door installation, decorating, heating installation, electrical works, passive fire protection, decarbonisation & retrofit, void refurbishments and general building works and repairs.

We are looking forward to the wide variety of projects this framework will provide our northern branches.
