CLC has been awarded a new contract with UK Power Networks

CLC is celebrating another brilliant transmissions contract win! We are pleased to announce our successful tender for the Provision of Steel Tower Painting contract for UK Power Networks. UK Power Networks own and maintain electricity networks across London, the South East and East of England with a big focus on tackling climate change and investing in renewable energy.

UK Power Networks are investing more than £15m this year to upgrade their transmission towers. In this contract, we will be providing our steelwork cleaning and painting services, working on towers across Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent, and East Sussex. These works are necessary to renew the anti-corrosion paint on these towers that slow down damage and corrosion caused by various weather conditions.

Our transmission team are looking forward to starting work on this contract. A massive well done to everyone involved in the tendering process on another fantastic win.
