Leading innovations in the world of retrofit and decarbonisation
Our National Decarbonisation Manager and Innovation Working Group Chair of the National Home Decarbonisation Group (NHDG) Paul Rogers recently attended Futurebuild as both representative and competition judge. As co-founder of this brilliant initiative, it was an exciting opportunity for CLC [part of the Axis CLC group] to be involved in the latest developments in the retrofit world.
Futurebuild, held annually at the ExCel in London, is one of the biggest shows in the country tackling the challenges and highlighting the great strides being made in the Net Zero goals in the industry.
Co-hosted by the NHDG, Innovate UK, and Futurebuild, The Big Retrofit Challenge saw suppliers of the latest and greatest developments in retrofit and decarbonisation solutions showcase their innovations and pitch for upcoming projects.
The seven winners had the opportunity to pitch their retrofit solutions at the conference to potentially collaborators, in hopes of having their technologies used in upcoming decarbonisation projects across the country.
