CLC secures place on £3M Damp, Mould & Condensation Eradication Framework by Jigsaw Homes Group
CLC has secured a place on Jigsaw Homes Group’s £3 million Damp, Mould & Condensation Eradication Framework, following the conclusion of the 2025 procurement process. The framework appoints approved contractors to deliver essential property maintenance and remediation services across the North West of England.
Contract Value and Scope
The contract covers Damp, Mould & Condensation Eradication services and is split into two geographical areas:
- Lot 1 (North)
- Lot 2 (Tameside)
The initial contract duration is estimated to run for two years, beginning on 1 June 2025 and concluding on 31 May 2027.
Future Opportunities for Extension
The framework can be extended by a further two, one-year extensions. Should these extensions be granted, pending satisfactory performance and mutual agreement, the total potential length of the contract would be 3 years and 11 months, concluding on 30 April 2029.
