CLC Awarded Place on Lancashire County Council Improvement Works Framework
We’re pleased to share that CLC [part of the Axis CLC group] has been appointed to the Provision of Reactive and Planned Improvement Works Framework Agreement by Lancashire County Council.
Following a competitive tender process, we have been successfully awarded a place on the following Lots:
- Lot 2 – Building contractors for planned improvement works from £25,000 to £250,000
- Lot 3 – Building contractors for planned improvement works from £250,000 to £500,000
- Lot 5 – Mechanical services planned improvement works from £25,000 to £175,000
- Lot 6 – Mechanical services planned improvement works from £175,000+
- Lot 8 – Electrical services planned improvement works from £25,000 to £175,000
- Lot 9 – Electrical services planned improvement works from £175,000+
- Lot 13 – Painting and decorating (interior & exterior) – no value limit
The framework is set to begin on 1st September 2025 and covers both reactive and planned improvement works across a range of public sector buildings in Lancashire.
While being named on the framework does not guarantee project awards, it provides us with the opportunity to tender for future work through the Council’s procurement process. Our appointment across multiple specialist Lots is a testament to the strength of our technical capability, compliance standards, and experience delivering a wide range of construction and improvement works.
