Building on our experience in Southampton
This latest award builds on the strong relationship we’ve developed with Southampton City Council over many years. Most recently, we successfully delivered a £50+ million fire safety contract, working across more than 8,000 properties and installing over 10,000 fire doors to date. Our track record demonstrates our ability to deliver large, complex programmes of work across the city, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Supporting Southampton’s homes and buildings This new contract will enable us to provide vital services across Southampton’s residential properties, commercial buildings, and other council-owned sites and assets. By working alongside the council’s in-house teams, we’ll help ensure their void and occupied properties are safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose.
