CLC is pleased to announce our appointment as a delivery partner on the newly awarded Strategic Asset Management Framework led by Futures Housing Group (FHG). The framework will support a wide range of planned improvements, refurbishments and property maintenance across FHG’s housing portfolio.
FHG has secured positions across several specialist Lots, with CLC named as a key delivery partner to support the delivery of major workstreams.

These areas were assessed as “Very Good” or “Excellent,” reflecting the quality and detail of the joint submission.
