Refurbishment work
We carry out a range of refurbishment works within high profile commercial and retail establishments. Most are completed in live environments needing the highest levels of health and safety.
All work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep any disruption to businesses and customers at a minimum. We carry out refurbishment work including:

Cleaning
Since 2005, we have been providing innovative cleaning services to our clients, which is reflected in our British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) accreditation.
Working to create a reliable cleaning schedule, we provide a high standard of cleaning whilst ensuring compliance with our client’s Health and Safety policies. Our staff are trained in the safe use of products and equipment as well as Working at Height, Manual Handling and Chemical Awareness.

Fire Protection and Upgrade Works
We are a FIRAS approved contractor with the ability to self-deliver projects through our own team of skilled and experienced technicians. We are experienced in managing fire protection installation and upgrade works including Cavity Barrier, Penetration Sealing Systems and Fire rated timber doorsets.
We offer full compartmentation surveys for all building types as well as a full maintenance service which includes checking all compartmentation systems to ensure they are still intact and not damaged.
