Location: Based at Brandon, Suffolk however the nature of this role requires you to work across East Anglia.

We are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who wishes to develop their career as part of a dynamic team. Ideally, you will have experience in the refurbishment/planned maintenance sectors and will have a sound financial knowledge of frameworks, Schedules of Rates and Contracts. Degree qualified would be preferred. Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be part of a commercial team working closely with the Operations team to successfully deliver projects to the standards set for safety, time, quality and cost.
