Hours: You will work 39 hours each week, Monday to Friday.
Location: The nature of this role requires you to work on site at various locations across the Watford operational area, including the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas.

Description:
CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We have a vacancy for a full time Labourer within the Fire department, for our Brandon branch working within the East Anglia area.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Assisting the installation team, with the day-to-day onsite handling of Fire Doors and installs on various sites including help with lifting doorsets upstairs, and taking the old door sets back to the yard to be disposed of
- Helping load and unload the vans in the morning and at the end of the day,
- Keeping the site clean and tidy when on site.
- Assist with Fire door and fire related deliveries in the yard, including putting doors delivered into the appropriate racks ready to go out and be installed
- Delivery of materials to various sites when needed,
- Collecting materials from suppliers, and delivering them to site and or back to the yard.

- CSCS Card
Relevant experience
Essential:
- Experience in working in the social housing/health/high street sector
- Labouring Experience
- Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site

The successful applicant must have a full driving licence & have experience working in domestic properties. You will need to have your own tools, be reliable, organised, and work well in a team.
