We're currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager at our Bristol branch to oversee the management and delivery of several contracts across the area.
Ideally you will have a Surveying/Building degree or equivalent level and have contract management experience within a maintenance/refurbishment environment.
You must possess:
- Skills in contract administration, planning, estimating, tender processes, health & safety and staff management.
- Detailed understanding of programming and budgets.
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with operatives, sub-contractors, clients, consultants and statutory bodies.
- Experience of delivering projects from initial client contact through construction phase and defects liability period.

Reporting to the Branch Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of a number of projects each ranging from £40k to £2M, ensuring efficient and timely completions.
