Assistant Contract Manager

We're on the lookout for an Assistant Contract Manager for our Bristol branch to assist the Contract Manager in overseeing the successful delivery of several contracts across the area.

Specification:

The successful applicant will be able to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business to both internal & external clients as well as being self-driven and a team player with a positive disposition.

Ideally you will have recently graduated with a Quantity Surveying qualification and have had some work experience in the construction industry.

Description:

CLC provide a national property maintenance service to a wide variety of clients in social housing, education, retail, commercial and hotel and leisure sectors.  We are currently seeking to employ a Contracts Manager at our Bristol Branch.

The right candidate will support the branch contract manager in overseeing the management and delivery of projects ensuring efficient and timely completions.
