CLC begin work on Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments for Amplius

CLC is delighted to be working in partnership with Amplius, to improve their homes. We deliver a range of high-quality services, this time focusing on Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Wetroom refurbishments. Amplius operate across the Midlands, East and Southeast of England

The aim of this project is to create healthy, comfortable, and energy-efficient spaces for residents across their housing stock. Residents will benefit from newly refurbished kitchens and bathrooms as part of ongoing improvement works. The upgrades aim to enhance safety, comfort, and accessibility for tenants.

The modernised bathrooms will feature energy-efficient fixtures, walk-in showers, and other accessibility aids, helping residents save on utility bills while making daily routines easier. The works also focus on improving overall health and well-being by tackling issues like damp and mould. Kitchen refurbishments will provide modern, functional spaces that enhance daily living and make cooking, cleaning, and storage easier.

These improvements are designed not only to create safer and more energy-efficient spaces but also to boost residents’ quality of life and pride in their homes.
