Our team in Watford completed works to the high profile office building in a quick 10-day turnaround.
Following a competitive tender process, our multi-trade team from Watford was selected by Grainger PLC, the UK’s leading provider in rental homes, to complete decoration works for their high-profile building at London Bridge.
The main scope of works included a freshen up of the building’s meeting rooms, corridors and larger offices.
As the building needed to remain operational around the clock, our onsite team of four multi-trade operatives often worked outside of hours including weekends to minimise disruption.
A representative from Grainger PLC who worked closely with our team said: “I did a walk around and everything looked amazing.
“Please pass onto the boys thank you so much for their hard work. They were a great group of guys that got on really well with the staff while they were here, and we couldn’t have asked for a better group.”
Due to the high profile building and accessibility for building users, the £19K project was completed in a 10-day timeframe with works beginning on Monday, 17 May, 2021 and concluding on Wednesday, 26 May, 2021. To meet the tight turnaround our team worked closely with Grainger PLC to develop a bespoke Programme of Works so our teams could work around the office staff and schedule outside time to work in executive offices and meeting rooms that were often in use during normal office hours.
Founded in 1912, Grainger PLC is an industry leader in providing people with high-quality rental homes. Their diverse team of experts manage over 9,000 homes across the UK.
