CLC gets into the Easter spirit; our very own Easter Bunny has been out on the road delivering well deserved Easter Eggs to the children at Honeypot.
The Honeypot Children’s Charity offers respite care and outreach support to young carers and vulnerable children throughout the UK. Offering their services to children from the age of 3 to 13, the Hampshire Branch was in need of some Easter Eggs for the children to celebrate the weekend’s festivities.
Located within 7 acres of idyllic countryside, our CLC Southampton branch took a trip to surprise the children with a donation of 50 Easter Eggs for them all. The eggs will help to bring a smile to their faces during the celebration of life and will be enjoyed during their movie time or baking classes.
Welcoming children from London and the home counties, Honeypot House in Hampshire support 14 children in respite care, at a time and offer the children a chance to enjoy days out, a fully equipped swimming pool, extensive play equipment, go-karting and even a chance to interact with guinea pigs.
