We're delighted to announce that EN:Procure, the procurement arm of Efficiency North, have awarded us a place on their housing upkeep framework which began in October 2019.
Covering over 30 different social housing landlords across Yorkshire and The Humber, the framework is designed to save clients money on their procurement costs as well helping them connect with qualified and experienced suppliers.
CLC has been awarded a place on three lots within the framework which will see us provide Kitchen & Bathroom Installation Works, Whole House Internal and External Installation Works and Electrical Inspection, Testing and Remedial Works.
Over the 4 year period, the framework will provide CLC with better access to the local market, helping to increase our presence in the area and boost local economic growth.
