CLC to Begin Fire Maintenance Works for Castle & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA)

CLC Contractors Limited has been selected to provide a range of fire maintenance works to CCHA properties across the North East region.

After a competitive tender process, CLC Contractors Limited has been selected to provide a range of fire maintenance works to CCHA properties across the North East region.

Throughout the contract, our FIRAS accredited team in Newcastle will complete Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Passive Fire Protection, Timber Fire Door Maintenance, Timber Fire Door Installations, Composite Fire Door Installations and other Fire Safety related maintenance works.

With the contract due to take place in October over an initial two year period, our Newcastle team are keen to work with CCHA and start the works.

“We are absolutely delighted to have been appointed by CCHA for the Fire Maintenance Works Framework for the North East which includes passive fire protection, fire door maintenance, and fire door replacements.”

“This is a major coup for the Newcastle branch, as we already have a strong working relationship with CCHA from past projects.  This now means we can continue to meet and exceed the client’s requirements, demonstrate high quality workmanship, and provide good value for money.”

Liam McNally, Newcastle Quantity Surveyor

CCHA formed in July 2017 when Two Castles (TCHA) and Derwent and Solway (D&S) Housing Associations merged. CCHA own and manage more than 7,000 properties in rural and urban communities across the North of England and employ approximately 260 staff.
