We're delighted to announce that South East Consortium have awarded us a place on their Internal and External Works framework.
Covering over 250,000 properties, the South East Consortium has been delivering cost savings to clients for over 15 years. The new framework has been designed to provide clients with an exclusive list of suppliers with the necessary skills and experience needed to provide quality workmanship.
As part of the framework, we have been awarded a place on Lot 1b which provides clients with major refurbishments, worth over £1 million. Adopting a whole-house approach to planned maintenance, the lot has been designed to encompass all workstreams. The type of work could include kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, new windows, doors, external maintenance, roofing and electrical work.
With the ability to directly award contracts to suppliers through the framework, clients benefit from not only cost savings but also the peace of mind that work will be delivered efficiently and to a quality standard.
