Following a successful tender, we're proud to have been awarded a place on LHC's Whole House Refurbishment & Associated Works Framework.
LHC established the £800m framework to provide their clients with cost savings and shortlist of qualified contractors who possess the necessary skills and experience to complete a variety of works.
CLC has been awarded a place on the four-year framework, providing a range of refurbishment works including; kitchens and bathrooms upgrades, landscaping, electrical installations and upgrades as well as painting and decorating services.
We will provide clients with a holistic approach to planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across a range of occupied buildings including social housing, care homes, supported housing and student accommodation.
This win will allow us to provide further services to LHC clients, having already secured a place on the Passive Fire Safety Framework in 2019.
