CLC commit to ‘earn and learn’ by joining The 5% Club

We have committed to developing the next generation of the building industry by joining The 5% Club, an industry led initiative focused on driving momentum into the recruitment of apprentices, graduates and students.

Joining a collective movement of over 300 employers, we have committed to The 5% Club by providing ‘earn and learn’ opportunities to develop the skills and talents that people need to create more inspirational and meaningful careers. By joining the scheme, we have vouched to maintain the number of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formal programmes, which is 5% of the total workforce.

At CLC, we know the value of investing in people and developing their skill sets, that’s why we’ve always and will continue to employ and support apprentices and students. With opportunities to learn and grow within the company, many senior staff members started as apprentices or graduates and have gone on to become Directors, Contracts Managers, Technicians and Skilled Admin Professionals.
