CLC is delighted to be awarded a new contract with Clarion Housing Group. This project has been awarded through the Procurement for Housing Responsive Repair, Void & Associated Works DPS. The work will take place in 11 void properties in the Norwich/Norfolk area by our Brandon branch.

Clarion Housing Group is the UK’s largest housing association and provides homes for more than 360,000 people. The works required include refurbishment, redecoration, electrical work and plumbing as well as kitchen and bathroom replacements. The project is estimated to take six months to complete and has an estimated contract value of £125k.
