Church given a CLC makeover

CLC and Equity Housing Group recently came to the rescue after All Hallows Church in Cheadle cried out for help.

The Church had been looking for support to repaint their church hall and adjoining rooms over the past year. They turned to Equity Housing Group, who with our support carried out the much needed work.

The Church is used by all members of the community, serving around 400 people each week. These range from parent and toddler groups, the AA, Kumon, to lunch clubs, community concerts and youth clubs.

Due to the size and height of the hall, volunteers had been unable to carry our any works in the last 20 years. CLC carried out the painting work free of charge and contributed towards new furniture for the hall.

Reverend Paul Cumming said “The work that has been done in the church has made a huge difference to the groups that use it and the church itself, around 400 people use this building each week. We are extremely grateful for the generosity of both CLC Group and Equity Housing Group Limited”.
