We reconfigured basement space into locker rooms and storage areas, constructing new walls and ceilings. Multiple offices were transformed into flexible open plan space with flexible bi-folding doors, secure rooms and meeting rooms. M&E works included new mains power supplies, air conditioning, extraction ventilation and new lighting. We finished off with a full decoration and adding new flooring.

We completely restructured the vast space within Cobalt Square to maximise the building’s potential and promote open plan working. Our M&E works modernised the building which was fully occupied by The Met’s staff during the 16-week project. Our teams worked around the staff to minimise disruption to their working day.
