CLC Contractors has been appointed as an approved supplier to deliver compliance services to public sector clients nationally over the next four years.
CLC Contractors has been awarded a place on four lots of Fusion 21’s Building Safety and Compliance Framework. As part of the 4-year framework, CLC will be able to provide Fusion 21’s 500+ members with passive fire stopping, passive fire doors, active fire safety, and electrical testing services across England and Wales.
Phil Woodhead, Category Manager for Fusion 21 has said, “We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto the framework, including CLC Contractors Limited. The tender process was highly competitive and the process has identified the best contractors for our members to use.”
“A further, real benefit to our members and their communities is the social value delivery that is aligned to organisational priorities and can be monitored and reported against for all call-offs.”
Frameworks such as Fusion 21 have helped our clients save money and time on their procurement through direct awards or mini-competitions. In addition to this newly appointed framework, CLC is also an approved contractor on five other Fusion 21 Frameworks including;
- Empty Buildings
- Construction Works
- Energy Efficiency
- Improvement Works
- Painting and Decorating
The CLC team is looking forward to working with Fusion 21 and their clients to help maintain the safety of public buildings and protect residents and building occupants for years to come.
