CLC has been established since 1969 and in that time we have developed extensive experience in the provision of building refurbishment, maintenance and painting and decorating services to a wide range of properties and assets throughout the UK. With an annual turnover of £80million CLC’s blue chip client base includes companies across the Housing, Hotel & Leisure, Commercial, Education and Industrial sectors.
With the majority of our staff directly employed we are able to provide our clients with a local, regional or national service. This gives them the reassurance that any issues that need addressing will be dealt with immediately from our locally based branch network. Each branch operates as a self-contained business unit with the skilled staff and operatives necessary to undertake and complete work to its customers’ entire satisfaction. The Group provides strong financial and technical support to each of its branches, thereby giving customers the comfort and security of a nationwide company whilst retaining the flexibility of a local operation.
