CLC places great importance on its most valuable asset - its employees.
The quality of every job depends upon our employees being trained, knowledgeable and motivated and we believe that our people are the strength we add to the projects we are involved in.
We have a strategy of directly employing the majority of our operatives as we feel this gives us better control and commitment than the use of subcontractors. Many of our operatives have been employed by us for over five years and have progressed through our Group Apprentice Training Programme, with all management, staff and operatives committed to the common goal of understanding and achieving our clients’ maintenance objectives.
