Quality Assurance
CLC operates a certified Quality Assurance system externally assessed to ISO 9001. We take pride in our quality of service and continually strive to maintain and if possible, further the quality in all aspects of our work. To aid this we operate a rigorous programme of internal audits and management reviews and provide all customers with satisfaction questionnaires upon the completion of each contract.
The returned forms provide us with Key Performance Indicators which we study closely in order to maintain and improve our standards.
